If your score is between 18-11 you may need to work on forgiving yourself. When you make mistakes it may take more effort and time for you to recover from mistakes and return to your Optimal Performance Zone.
In competition you may not want to be put in situations that you deem too challenging and your may feel or perform like you are in a “mini slump” as you focus on the mistake you made rather than the immediate moment.
In order to improve in this area, you need to develop or modify your plan for letting go of your mistakes.
