If you score is between 18-24 this means you are able to tolerate mistakes and see them as feedback to help you improve and develop.
Athletes who excel in this see failures as temporary setbacks and attack them with a combination of preparation, problems solving, and planning to identify ways to adapt their skills to avoid repeating the same mistakes. In competition they are able to make adjustments to adapt and improve performance.
Bad breaks, mistakes, and failures to execute are seen as challenges to overcome and respond to rather than signs of doom and gloom.
In order to improve in this area you will need to use small failures as learning opportunities and try to push yourself to do things you know you will most likely fail at in order to identify small changes to your game.
