If your score is between 11-18 you may be able to see failures as learning opportunities in certain situations. When you fail to execute you may need to break down your execution into smaller fundamentals to see how you can improve.
You may find that you discount the failures you have overcome and only focus on the things you do wrong. In competition you may see failures as a sign that you or others might see you as a failure. You may try to predict you or your team’s performance based on a small amount of the competition.
In order to improve in this area, you may need to change your view of development as an athlete that recognizes excellence comes from pushing yourself to failure. You may also need to develop or modify the processes you use to learn from failures to execute.
