If your score is between 0-10, you need to develop a step by step plan that is focused on development and learning from your failures to execute.
Athletes who struggle in this area often let their failures define them as an athlete and a person. They worry that they don’t have what it takes to compete and that they are not good enough. In competition they are over focused on failures to execute and see them as signs they are doomed to lose.
They refuse or are unable to make adjustments in the heat of the moment and engage in a pattern of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
In order to improve in this area, you need to examine your mindset about development and look for alternative ways to view your lack of execution. You may need to examine what experiences may influence you to hold onto self defeating mindset
